How Much Do Repairs Cost?
The cost of repair depends on the specific problem you are experiencing. However, we don’t charge anything to take a look and give you a quote.
If we need to repair the issue in order to give you an accurate quote, we will always discuss this with you first if the repair will cost more than £35.00. Trust us to be transparent about the costs and to always get your approval before proceeding with any repairs.
Do I Need To Book To Bring My Computer In For Repair?
No, generally we offer a walk-in service but if you need your device back within a specific time frame then we can book in a time to suit you.
If we feel that your device isn’t worth repairing or isn’t an economical repair we will always tell you and advise what the best next steps are.
Will I Loose Any Of My Data (Documents, Pictures, Music Etc) From A Repair?
At JS Computing, our top priority is to keep your data safe and prevent data loss. While there may be instances where data is damaged and not retrievable, such as a hard drive failure, we will always do everything in our power to recover your data.
