I’m not sure what pc i need?
Absolutely no problem at all! Selecting a gaming PC can be quite a hassle when you’re unsure about your specific requirements, but fret not, as we are here to assist you. Feel free to drop us an email at support@jscs.co.uk or give us a ring on 01263 825338, and we’ll be more than delighted to have a chat about the options to ensure that you get the perfect PC for your needs.
How much does a PC cost?
We can build gaming PCs to suit a whole range on budget, usually starting from around the £900 mark to get you something that will happily play games at 1080p.
The average price for a good mid range pre built gaming PC or custom built pc is around the £1700 mark. This gives you enough flexibility and power to easily play games at 1080p and even go up to 1440p or 4k on some titles. This price mark also gives a good FPS for cost on your gaming PC, so everything should look smooth and nicely playable.
However, with gaming PCs it is a case of bigger budget, more power. So the more you can spend on your PC, the better.. To a point, we will always advise you on a balanced system for your needs because while it’s nice to have the best it’s not always needed and is just wasted if your not going to use the extra power.
We can happily build high end PCs, even custom water cooled PCs! Just let us know your budget, what your goals are and we’ll get started!
Can you build a PC to play a specific game?
Yes we can! One of the first questions we will ask you is what do you want to use hte PC for? And do you have any specific games you would like to play? This means we can taylor your gaming PC directly to your needs and your budget.
How will my PC arrive?
We sell our prebuilt gaming pcs & custom built gaming PCs both in-store in Sheringham and online. If your local then collection will be the best option but if you’ve bought online then we will ship your gaming PC to you using DPD.
All of our PCs ship fully insured and correctly packed, this means you will need to take the side off your gaming PC and remove the packing foam that protects the graphics card and other component’s during shipping. Your gaming PC will come with a full set of instructions on how to do this and you can always give us a call so we can talk you through each step.
How long will my order take?
Generally speaking our custom built gaming PCs are built, tested & dispatched 5-7 working days from order. Although this can be quicker depending on parts availablility and order volume. If you need your gaming PC ASAP please get in contact with us so we can advise the best way forward.
What does my PC come with?
All of our custom built gaming PCs come with the power cable and a build report. The build report details things such as your specific components, warranties, build time, bench mark and performance test results and your thermal test results.
Why don’t you list specific components on the PCs?
We don’t list specific component make & models for our custom gaming PCs as we don’t hold any parts in stock and our supplier’s specific stock changes regulary.
We always use high quality, tested parts and we’re more than happy to let you know the exact specifications of a gaming PC before you order. Just let us know!
Can you build me something totally bespoke?
Yes of course! We love doing something different, especially big project gaming PCs, just give us a call or email with what you need and we can go from there.
Can I have a VAT invoice?
Certainly! If you need a VAT invoice for your Gaming PC just let us know.
Do your PC’s come with operating systems?
Yes! By default all of our prebuilt gaming pcs and custom gaming PCs come with Windows 11 Home or you can chose to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.
Your PC will come set up with Windows installed, activated and all of the drivers installed so your PC is ready to go all you have to do is add the games.
We can also sell gaming PCs without an operating system if you would like, just let us know.
I want to order a more than one systems, can you do it?
Yes we can! We are happy to supply bulk orders or just multiple PCs. Get in contact and we can discuss your needs.
