How much is shipping?
All of our standard shipping options are free.
What courier do we use?
Most of the time we use DPD, occasionally we may use other couriers such as UPS or Parcelforce but this is fairly rare.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the mainland UK. This includes; Englad, Wales & mainland Scotland. We do not ship internationally.
Is my delivery insured?
Yes! Every single one of our shipments is fully insured against loss & damage. If you have a problem with your package please alert us ASAP!
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Overall it depends on the complexity of your build and parts availability but usually it takes 7-10 days to recieve your PC from your initial order.
I have a problem or would like to return my order, what do I do?
Above all we take pride in our customer service & quality of products but sometimes issues do pop up, if you have any problems with your PC or order please get in contact with us ASAP so we can get everything solved for you.
